UK-wide launches of Exploring The God Question
Not surprisingly, a series about God and science is attracting a lot of attention from churches.
“It’s unusual that just one series has caught the attention of such diverse groups as broadcasters, schools, universities and churches” commented series producer Iain Morris. “We aimed to make programmes that were balanced and invite truth to speak for itself on this very important issue. Truth is an attractive idea.”
According to General Secretary of School Leaders Scotland, Ken Cunningham, the aim for objectivity has been met. “This is an outstanding, high quality production which is as near an objective, balanced look at the issues of religion and science as you are ever likely to get.”
“This series addresses the questions people are asking,” says Rev David Robertson, Chairman of the SOLAS Centre for Public Christianity.
After a successful first launch of Exploring The God Question in Spring 2013 in the auditorium of the beautiful Chatelherault Country Park, Hamilton, a second event was staged in Dundee.
Now a growing number of regions in the UK are bringing an Exploring The God Question launch event to their area.
